The hotel features charming decor and is conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. However, the overall state of the facility is showing signs of age, and there were some service issues that could be improved. I recommend it for families seeking a central spot but would suggest enhancing security measures for guest comfort at night.

Housekeeping could drastically improve by actually cleaning under the beds!!! Parking system is concerning with no option to self-park!!!

Loved the rooftop pool with amazing views! Perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. The location is super convenient but felt a bit sketchy at night. Just wish there were more towels in the room. 😊

the best western was a pleasant surprise! we loved the swimming pool on the tenth floor, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the location is great, close to several attractions, and the dining options nearby, like la mandarina, were enjoyable.
a mild critique would be to provide more towels in the room.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Room with Two Double Beds, Non Smoking, and loved that the room had a comfy setup and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The rooftop pool with a great view was a nice spot to relax, and the sun terrace added a chill vibe. The only downside was the elevator being a bit slow at times, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay. 🌞

i recently stayed at a hotel in guadalajara, and it truly exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and clean, and the rooftop pool offered an awesome view of the city. the location was perfect for exploring local attractions and felt safe during evening walks.
no extra towels provided during stay.

missingWrote a review on May 13limited options
Check-in felt a bit too strict, as I had to wait until 3 PM, which was a hassle. Although the rooftop pool is a big bonus, you need a key to access it and can only stay for two hours, which limits the experience. The restaurant had a few limitations. the menu options were disappointing, and service was noticeably slow during lunch hours.

The location was ideal for exploring the historic center and nearby attractions. Despite the street noise, I found the room spacious and comfortable enough for our needs. The staff were accommodating and made sure our requests were met promptly. The breakfast in the restaurant had a variety of options and was quite satisfying, though the slow service for lunch was a letdown. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a family trip focused on sightseeing.
